 Let you auto receptionist handle your switch board for you & enjoy the full functionality of a large switchboard with a range of features including: answering multiple calls for a promotion (over 400 calls simultaneously), interactive voice response features, breakout features, "follow me" message facility, record a call and much more. All these features provide a professional front-end without an expensive front-end facility. Three versions are available, Express, Standard & Enterprise.

Express Version:

  1. Selected Hello Greeting.
  2. Transfer call to external number.
  3. If engaged or no answer, record a message.
  4. Selected Goodbye Greeting.
  5. Send SMS and/or email to VBC client to inform of the message.

Standard Version:

  1. Selected Hello Greeting.
  2. Provide caller with choice of two possible destinations.
  3. Provide further information about the selection & transfer call to the selected number.
  4. If engaged or no answer, record a message.
  5. Selected Goodbye Greeting.
  6. Send SMS and/or email to VBC client to inform of the message.

Enterprise Version:

  1. Selected Hello Greeting.
  2. Provide caller with choice of three possible destinations.
  3. Provide further information about the selection & transfer call to the selected number.
  4. If engaged or no answer, transfer to next available number.
  5. If next number busy, play message A & place call on hold for 30 seconds.
  6. If still busy after 30 seconds, play message B or give caller option to leave a message.
  7. Record message.
  8. Selected Goodbye Greeting.
  9. Send SMS and/or email to VBC client to inform of the message.
